Moises Amsel
Venezuela
Moises Amsel obtained his law degree at Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas, one of the most prestigious schools in Venezuela. While pursuing his degree, Moises worked as a legal assistant at Gonzalez & Newman law firm, where he accomplished various types of assignments related to Intellectual Property and Copyright Law. Moises was also active within the law school at Universidad Metropolitana, where he was an elected member of the student government and a tutor for Civil Rights classes. His interests lie in the areas of Entertainment Law and Intellectual Property.

Jade Kelly
Australia
Jade Kelly received her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Canterbury School of Law in 2004, and was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand the same year. Subsequently, Jade relocated to Southern California where she worked as a legal assistant before being admitted to the California Bar in 2006. For the past three years, she has been practicing business law in Pasadena. Her practice includes transactional matters and litigation. Jade also works with the Alliance for Children’s Rights to provide pro-bono legal counsel in guardianship cases. She plans to concentrate her LL.M. studies on international business law. Upon completing her LL.M., Jade would like to focus her practice on international business transactions between the United States and Australasia.
